Promotion Announcement – Dalia El Bieh

We’re thrilled to announce that Dalia El Bieh has been promoted to Senior Director!

Since joining Hotspex in 2021, Dalia has had a huge impact on both my team and the company as a whole. She immediately took on a key role on a very high profile and challenging project with key client. She leveraged her strong relationships with this client team to maintain communications and build trust. She was then highly instrumental in preparing a very complex deck that was widely circulated at high levels of the client organization and informed some key decisions. She has also taken a lead role with several other new and existing clients including taking over a major multi-country tracking studies mid-stream and managing the delivery of 6 different reports simultaneously at the end of the year.

In addition to great client and project management skills, she has also shown her desire and commitment to mentoring, training and sharing her knowledge with anyone she works with. We’ve received feedback from many staff that she is a delight to work with, thoughtful, approachable and patient.

She has also been involved in the company’s cultural initiatives including REACH, Hotspex’s new women’s community group.

Dalia has been an amazing addition to the Hotspex team, and this promotion sets her on the path to becoming a future leader here. Congratulations Dalia!
