She has developed several roles across the company, demonstrating commitment and initiative in all the assigned projects. She is one of the people who know more about the researching core process and can generate new ideas through analysis and collaboration with all the teams.
In the new role, she will be working with upper management and executives for long-term business planning, besides analyzing the performance of support functions for departments and making suggestions for improvement.
