We are thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Duong as a Research Manager.
Elizabeth holds a BA from Concordia University in Psychology and Marketing, and a Master’s from IE University in Market Research and Consumer Behaviour.
She (Lizzy) is a market researcher fueled by a passion and grave curiosity to understand everything about the inner workings of the human brain, how consumers behave and how mini altercations to stimuli cascade into different reactions, emotions, opinions, and feelings. She is excited to bring her previous knowledge to expand the breadth and depth of her analytical toolbelt at Hotspex.
As a Research Manager, she will be responsible for leading and planning strategic projects as well as interacting with clients and stakeholders to discuss results and improvement opportunities.
