Toronto – Hotspex is thrilled to announce the addition of Luis Ladd to our expanding team where he has joined as SVP, Product Innovation & ResTech.
Luis brings over a decade of building businesses and consumer insights capabilities for the world’s leading brands, including an award-winning stint at Procter & Gamble. In that role he led the Mexico Mental Availability Insights team, winning the Global CEO Award for his work developing multiscreen communication tools that enabled P&G to build stronger connections with the Mexican consumer.
More recently, his time as Global Director, Consumer Intelligence & Analytics with Genomma Lab saw a 19% growth in the organization’s stock price and nearly three-and-a-half fold (3.4X) growth in the Insights Organization team. An earlier phase of his career focused on food development, including supplier selection and supplement formulation.
Luis is an innovative leader with experience growing product pipelines in more than 15 countries. Much of his success comes from his focus on cutting-edge quantitative methodologies that help look past self-expressed consumer attitudes and pull elements of neuroscience and consumer behaviour science into product development. At Hotspex, Luis is developing subscription products from concept to implementation, leveraging his vast experience to identify market opportunities and positioning, overseeing technical development, and managing MVP launches including demos, troubleshooting and customer training. To do that, Luis is responsible for our team of behavioral and data scientists as well as full stack technology developers.
