Michelle joined Hotspex in 2017 as a research analyst while completing her Master’s in Psychology. She has a strong passion for understanding human behaviour and previously studied motivation as part of her undergraduate thesis.
Michelle has been a key player on a number of our CPG accounts, building relationships with clients across portfolios. Michelle’s reports provide actionable insights for the team – she gives clear, concise presentations and is always on the ball to answer the client’s questions. Aside from that, Michelle’s enthusiasm, dedication, and positive attitude make her a joy to work with and a key member of the team.
