We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Raheel Ghani to Finance Manager!
Raheel joined us as a Junior Accountant in the summer of 2018, after completing his education at Seneca College and gaining some experience in the field. Over the last few years, he has risen through the ranks of the accounting team quickly, and impressed us with his quick thinking, keen problem-solving skills, agility and leadership skills. He has overseen all areas of the financial operations and has developed experience in all functions of the department including AR, AP, Monthly Reporting, Year-End Auditing, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and maintaining the Financial Health of Hotspex. He has also played a huge role in transitioning from Quickbooks onto Netsuite and setting up our Financial system on the new platform, which was definitely not a small task! He has taken it upon himself to coach several team members and help them grow in their own careers, and has also contributed greatly to our culture by organizing events, parties and most notably our Hotspex Soccer League.
We love promoting vibrant and eager individuals looking to grow in their careers, and Raheel is a perfect example of the go-getter attitude and ambition that thrives at our organization.
