Kristen joins us with nearly 15 years focused on innovative consumer research, working across multiple geographies (North America, Europe, APAC), helping the largest companies better understand consumer behaviors to unlock brand growth. Having previously led innovation research for a global FMCG brand and having created the supermarket of the future for a global retailer, she understands the end-to-end process– turning an idea into a product on shelf. She is passionate about building brands and optimizing consumer experiences from bricks to clicks.
She looks forward to helping drive the future of research, leveraging Hotspex’s tools and platforms transforming consumer experiences and finding the next unicorn.
